TZ’s True Food Kitchen @ Castlehaven Beach Café is located on the southern tip of the Isle of Wight in the little village of Niton. Approximately 30-40 minutes by car from any of the Island ferry ports, (Fishbourne, Cowes or Yarmouth) drive through Niton, continue up Institute Hill and turn right just after the garage.

We ask our customers to park on St Catherine’s road and stroll down Castlehaven Lane (approx. 10 minutes), enjoying a relaxing walk and views of St Catherine’s lighthouse. There is a little carpark at the bottom of the road, though this is extremely small and we aim to keep it clear for people with accessibility issues.
